The daily life in the Faa lang fon dormitory

Its a new semester for the children in Faa lang fon dormitory. One girl had to leave the dormitory and a new boy moved in, so its still 8 children living there. In the end of this year/beginning of next year we hope to improve the buildings and build some new buildings on the site, then we will be able to accept more children to the dormitory next year. This term the children have more activities in the dormitory on Saturdays and Sundays. Here are some pictures from the daily life in the dormitory.

One of the duties for the children is to grow vegetables. Time for art. Thatree who lives and works at the dormitory is an artist and teach the children about art.
Time for English. Thatree is teaching English in the weekends. When we have volunteers its their duty.Preparing for the rainy season....

Dinner time. The children grow their own vegetables and make their own food.

Computer teaching.
The children also get to learn local handicraft.

Farung is often at the dormitory since her father works there.

In this picture is Yim and her mum visiting the dormitory. Yim is one of our scholarship students.
